I only want to know, if I can use this music for a movie, I made. Am I allowed to make this movie (with the music) Public?

I'm living in Eu. So please tell me the laws of the EU not of the USA.

I hope, I can get an answer soon.

I could be wrong, but I believe it's only ok to use the music here for noncommercial uses. If you want to use music in your movie, why not ask the artist?

The artist doesn't care how loose the EU copyrght laws are if he doesn't live there. In that case, you will be finding yourself forced to comply with other laws too. It's up to the artit wether you can use his music, for free, for a price, or not at all...
